How to Simplify Your Life
Friday, May 31 from 1-2pm
Participants in this program will explore personal barriers to simplicity by examining inner beliefs, pressures, and excuse-making. Learning includes defining values, decluttering, streamlining, fostering supportive relationships, and creating an action plan.

Autism and ADHD in the Workplace
Tuesday, June 25 from 1-2pm
Neurodiversity, encompassing various learning, thinking, and perceiving styles, offers valuable perspectives that foster innovation and creativity within organizations. Despite its potential, research shows only a fraction openly disclose their neurodivergence. This session will delve into fostering workplace environments supportive of neurodiversity, including autism and ADHD, promoting diverse thinking, learning, and interaction.

Building Resilience in Traumatic Times
Tuesday, July 30 from 1-2pm
Understanding trauma's profound effects on our well-being is crucial for supporting ourselves and others. This training will cover what trauma entails, its impact on individuals, and how to recognize its signs. Participants will learn coping strategies and trauma-informed responses to create safe, supportive environments in both professional and personal settings.

Mindfulness
Friday, August 23 from 1-2pm
Mindfulness practices, such as meditation, have become more mainstream in recent years. This training program uses lecture, guided meditation exercises, written exercises and group discussion as an introduction to how mindfulness practices can be incorporated into one’s routine and help improve overall health.
