Everyone needs guidance during tax season. The Cooperative’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides support to many life challenges including taxes, finances and legal concerns.

Your 2017 Form 1095 is coming soon!

Be on the lookout for your 2017 tax form 1095 coming soon to your home address...

The form is informational and should be retained for your records. The IRS has extended the period in which employers must supply the form to February 28, 2018.

Is your dependent turning 26 this year?

When your child turns 26, they will age off of the health plan. If you are turning 26 this year and are still on your parents' health insurance, you will want to elect coverage through the Franklin County Cooperative.


If you need to elect or change your coverage due to a qualifying life event, you will need to make the change or election within 30 days of the event.
