Learn to identify the stressors in your life, understand the impacts, and discover positive coping mechanisms to reduce the negative effects. Throughout the session you will assess your current state of balance and stress, learn skills for managing multiple demands, and practice relaxation exercises.

Today, work/life balance can be difficult, and many people feel pressured to work faster, harder and longer hours. This can lead to burnout, resulting in decreased productivity and dissatisfaction, among other things. During this session you will explore causes of burnout and potential solutions along with ideas to decrease the likelihood of experiencing burnout.
